Vmoso, Inc. dba Restore Sleep (“Restore Sleep,” “we,” “us,” “our”) websites or mobile applications
(collectively “Site” or “Sites”). By using the Site and participating in the services offered on the Site or
available through the Site’s applications AND/OR PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (“Services”)
BY OR THROUGH THE SITES, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy, and
you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your information as described below. This Privacy
Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the terms of Restore Sleep’s Terms of Use Agreement, found

Information We Collect
Protected Health Information
In certain circumstances, we may collect or use your information through our Site, App and Services
while acting as a “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of
1996 (“HIPAA”), which may constitute “Protected Health Information.”
Site Visitors
Restore Sleep collects information about your use of the Site, such as the browser type, language
preference, referring site, IP address and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in
collecting this information is to better understand how Restore Sleep’s visitors use the Site.
Information You Provide Directly to Us
Certain visitors to the Site choose to interact with Restore Sleep in ways that require Restore Sleep to
gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Restore Sleep
gathers depend on the nature of the interaction. Those who engage in transactions with Restore Sleep
are asked to provide additional information, including, as necessary, your name, contact information,
and age or date of birth. We also may collect additional information from you, including health
information or records that you provide directly to us through use of the Services. If you make a
purchase from us, we may collect your payment information, such as your credit or debit card
information and your billing and shipping address. You are responsible for the accuracy of any
information you provide to us.
Cookies, Targeting and Analytics
We and our third-party service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage objects, log files, APIs, and
other mechanisms to automatically collect information browsing, activity, device and similar information
within our Services. We use this information to, for example, analyze and understand how users access,
use and interact with others through our Services, as well to identify and resolve bugs and errors in our
Services and to assess, secure, protect, optimize and improve the performance of our Services. You have
certain choices about our use of cookies and tracking within the Services, as described in this section.
Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your device’s hard drive through your
web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate
our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process, support the security and
performance of the Services, or allow us to track activity and usage data within Service. You can review
or change your preferences for targeting cookies and tags on our websites by adjusting your cookie

Pixel tags. Pixel tags (sometimes called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique
identifier, similar in function to cookies. While cookies are stored locally on your device, pixel tags are
embedded invisibly within web pages and online content. We may use these, in connection with our
Services to, among other things, track the activities of users, help us manage content and compile usage
statistics. We may also use these in HTML emails we send, to help us track email response rates, identify
when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.
Third-Party Analytics and Tools. We use third party tools, such as Google Analytics, which are operated
by third party companies. These third-party analytics companies may collect usage data (using cookies,
pixels and similar tools) about our Services in order to provide us with reports and metrics that help us
to evaluate usage of our Services and improve performance and user experiences.
Aggregated Statistics
Restore Sleep may collect and aggregate information about the behavior of visitors to the Site. Restore
Sleep may display this information publicly or provide it to others.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
● To provide our Services to you and to fulfill your purchases or requests.
● To communicate with you about your use of our Services, to respond to your inquiries, and for other
customer service purposes, including marketing communications.
● To tailor the content and information that we may send or display to you, to offer personalized help
and instructions, and to otherwise personalize your experiences while using the Services.
● To better understand how users access and use our Services, both on an aggregated and
individualized basis and for internal research and analytics purposes to improve the quality of our
Service. For example, we will evaluate which features of our Site and App are more (or least) used by
users, and we will use this information.
● To comply with legal obligations, as part of our general business operations, and for other business
administration purposes.
● Where we believe necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person or violations of our
Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy.

How We Share Your Information
We may share your personal information with service providers and agents who perform functions on
our behalf. These service providers include web hosting and analytics providers.
We also disclose information in the following circumstances:
● Business Transfers. If (i) we or our affiliates are or may be acquired by, merged with, or invested in
by another company, or (ii) if any of our assets are or may be transferred to another company,
whether as part of a bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer the
information we have collected from you to the other company. As part of the business transfer
process, we may share certain of your personal information with lenders, auditors, and third-party
advisors, including attorneys and consultants.
● In Response to Legal Process. We will follow policies as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
● To Protect Us and Others. We will follow policies as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
● Aggregate and De-Identified Information. We share aggregate, anonymized, or de-identified
information about users with third parties for marketing, advertising, medical research, our business
purposes or similar purposes.
California Privacy and “Do Not Track” Disclosure
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in
obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain
from us, once per calendar year, information about the customer information we shared, if any, with
other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the
categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we
shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (i.e. requests made in 2023 will
receive information regarding 2022 sharing activities). To obtain this information from us, please send an
email message to support@restoresleep.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the
subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you at your
email address in response. Not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements
and only information on covered sharing (if any) will be included in our response.
California law requires websites to explain certain online practices regarding the tracking of visitors.
Some web browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets a user allow its browser to notify websites
that the user does not want to have his or her online activities tracked. Our Sites currently do not
respond to such browser-initiated signals.
Data Collection from Individuals Under the Age of 21
We do not knowingly collect any personal data from individuals under the age of 21. By using the Site,
you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
We have implemented safeguards that are intended to protect the personal data we collect from loss,
misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite
our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee security.
CONSENT TO PROCESSING YOUR INFORMATION IN THE UNITED STATES
Restore Sleep operates in the United States and follows the information and consumer protection laws
of the United States and its state laws, as applicable. If you reside or are located in a different country,
the data protection laws of that country may differ in the ways your personal information is protected.
When you interact with our service, you signify to us that you consent to the transfer and processing of
your personal information in the United States, in accordance with United States laws, and as explained
in this Privacy Policy. We will respond to requests you may have about your personal information as
described below.
Business Transfers
If Restore Sleep or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that Restore Sleep
goes out of business or files for bankruptcy, user information may be one of the assets that are
transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any
acquirer of Restore Sleep may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this Privacy
Policy.
Marketing Purposes
We will not disclose your personal health data or profile data to third parties for marketing purposes
unless you specifically and explicitly consent. If you did consent to this, you may withdraw your consent
for such future disclosures at any time, although any such withdrawal would not affect any data shared
before the change was processed. You can opt out of receive informational emails from us by using the
unsubscribe link in the footer of each email we send to you
Privacy Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, Restore Sleep may change its Privacy Policy from time to
time, at Restore Sleep’s sole discretion. Restore Sleep encourages visitors to frequently check this page
for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this Site will constitute your acceptance of any
change to this Privacy Policy.
